Safety is the highest priority in the Shoreline Little League. No practice or game is so important that it would put one of our players at risk. We strive to ensure that our activities are provided in the safest environment possible for our players and volunteers.

Safety Accident Reporting Concussion Protocol - An online class that should be taken by all coaches and managers.

Heads UP to Youth Sports - This CDC website provides excellent information on concussions in youth sports. The online training on concussion awareness for coaches should be taken by all Managers and Coaches.

Concussions In Youth Sports Fact Sheet - This fact sheet is from the Heads UP for Youth Sports website. It is a link to a handout that that provides take home information for the parents of a player who has possibly had a concussion.

Incident Tracking Form - To be completed by team managers after an accident or incident more serious that routine cuts, scrapes, bumps or bruises.

Physician's Medical Release Form - To be completed by the players physician clearing the player for return to practicing or playing.

Little League Accident Insurance - Supplemental accident insurance for expenses beyond those covered by the family’s medical insurance:
