Challenger Baseball Registration: 2026

“Adaptive baseball, inclusive community, endless possibilities.” 🌟

Welcome to the registration site for Shoreline Little League. Please read the information below carefully to ensure you are registering for the Challenger Divisions.
The Challenger Divisions are adaptive and inclusive programs created especially for players with differing abilities who may benefit from additional support and care. These divisions are not intended for typically developing players, but rather for children who thrive in a baseball environment tailored to their unique strengths.

Challenger Program
The Washington District 8 Little League Challenger Program was established in 1991 and has grown to become the largest of its kind in the state. The program provides a welcoming space where athletes with diverse abilities can enjoy the full benefits of Little League participation in an environment adapted to meet their needs. Beyond learning baseball skills, participants gain therapeutic and social benefits from being part of a team, while building self-confidence and practicing the values of teamwork, citizenship, and fair play.

Registration for the Challenger Division will take place through the Shoreline Little League website, with coordination provided by Washington District 8 Little League.

This year, Washington District 8 Little League will be offering the following Challenger divisions of play:

Challenger Little League Division: Our Challenger Division is available to boys and girls league age 4 through 18. Registration occurs through the local Little League that the player’s home or school address is boundaried to. An end-of-the-year jamboree will be held in June at Northshore Athletic Fields (NAF) in Woodinville with teams from District 8 and other surrounding Districts participating.

Senior Challenger Division: Our Senior Challenger Division is available to boys, girls and adults who are league age 15 and older. Registration occurs through the local Little League that the player’s home or school address is affiliated with. Tee Ball Registration - 2026

Welcome to the 2026 Shoreline Little League Tee-ball season!

Tee-ball is a coed, introductory baseball experience for children ages 5-7, designed as a relaxed, fun-focused way to learn baseball fundamentals. The goal is to group players within their school-age peers, allowing the youngest players to be those entering kindergarten in Fall 2026.

Practice and Game Schedule
  • Early Season: Practices will be held twice per week.
  • Mid to Late Season: Practices transition to games, scheduled 2-3 times per week.
  • Field locations and schedules will be confirmed once registration closes. Field assignments depend on both coach and field availability. All tee-ball fields will be within Shoreline and Lake Forest Park, typically at elementary school or local park fields.

Coach and Teammate Requests
We aim to accommodate teammate requests. Please include your teammate request at the time of registration.
